Refund and Return Policy

Because all of our books are printed on demand and fulfilled through Lulu Direct, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or is incorrect.

Eligible Issues:

• Wrong item received

• Printing error

• Physical damage during shipping

To request a replacement:

• Email us at support@melanatedcocoacuties.com within 7 days of delivery

• Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

• Buyer’s remorse

• Incorrect shipping information submitted at checkout

• Normal wear and tear

All approved replacements will be reprinted and shipped at no cost to you.
