Every order supports representation, creativity, and joy — and because each book is printed just for you, we want to make sure our policies are clear and fair.

🖨️ Print-on-Demand Orders

All products are made to order and fulfilled through our trusted print partners, Lulu and Amazon KDP.
This means each coloring book, journal, or product is printed and packaged specifically for you at the time of purchase. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once your order is processed, we cannot make any changes or cancellations.

⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items

We understand that mistakes can happen during the printing or shipping process.
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@melanatedcocoacuties.com.

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the damaged or defective item

  • A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we’ll coordinate with our print partner (Lulu or Amazon KDP) to arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

🚫 No Refunds or Returns

Because our products are printed on demand and made-to-order, we do not offer refunds or accept returns for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind or incorrect item ordered

  • Color variations due to screen display differences

  • Address errors provided at checkout

  • Delivery delays caused by shipping carriers or customs

All sales are final once your order has been submitted.

📦 Missing or Lost Packages

If a tracking number confirms that your package was delivered, Melanated Cocoa Cuties is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.
If your order cannot be found after a “Delivered” status update, please contact the carrier or your local postal office for assistance.

If the carrier confirms non-delivery, we’ll review your case with our print partner and determine whether a replacement can be issued.
