All products are printed on demand through Amazon KDP and Lulu.
Each order is unique and made specifically for you. Production begins immediately once an order is placed, and therefore orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

2. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Once an order has shipped, Melanated Cocoa Cuties LLC is not responsible for carrier delays, customs hold times, or lost packages confirmed as delivered.
For lost or delayed packages, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly.

3. Refunds & Returns

All sales are final.
Refunds or returns are only accepted if the item arrives damaged or defective. In such cases, please contact support@melanatedcocoacuties.com within 7 days of delivery with photos for review.
