Each order is a step toward representation, joy, and creativity — and we’re excited to get your books to you with care and clarity. Below you’ll find all the updated shipping details.

📚 Order Processing & Fulfillment

All coloring books and journals are printed and shipped directly through our trusted print partners, Lulu and Amazon KDP.

  • Spiral-Bound Books → Fulfilled and shipped by Lulu

  • Traditional Paperback Books → Fulfilled and shipped by Amazon KDP

Every order is made-to-order, meaning production begins as soon as you place your order.
Processing time is included in the estimated delivery window.

Because each item is custom printed, orders cannot be canceled, changed, or modified after being submitted.

🇺🇸 U.S. Shipping (Domestic Cuties)

Fulfilled by: Lulu and Amazon KDP
Estimated Delivery Time: 3-4 weeks
Shipping Cost: FREE

This delivery estimate includes both printing and shipping. Please allow extra time during holidays, busy seasons, or for rural addresses.

🌍 International Shipping (Global Cuties)

Fulfilled by: Lulu (Spiral-Bound Books) and Amazon KDP (Traditional Paperbacks)
Estimated Delivery Time: 7–28 business days
Shipping Cost: FREE

International customers may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees upon delivery. These fees are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.

📦 Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

Tracking numbers are provided once your order ships.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as we are unable to update or redirect packages once your order has been placed.

If tracking shows your order has been delivered, Melanated Cocoa Cuties is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.
If your order cannot be located after a “Delivered” scan, please contact the shipping carrier or your local postal office directly for assistance.
If the carrier confirms non-delivery, we’ll review the case with our print partner to determine next steps.

  • Orders marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are considered fulfilled and complete.
